Order cancellation conditions.
You may cancel your order if shipping information has not yet been sent. Cancellation requests are not accepted after shipping information has been sent to your email address.
To cancel, please contact info@kapgangear.com with your order number.
• Cancellation requests made before shipping info is sent are processed the same day.
• Refunds are credited to your credit card within 5-7 business days.
• For wire transfer/EFT payments, refunds are made to your specified bank account.
Cancellation is not possible after the product has been shipped. In this case, the return policy applies.
