Kapgan Holster is a custom-made product. Therefore, returns are not accepted for products that have been unboxed or used.
• If the product packaging has not been opened and has not been used
• If the product is defective due to a manufacturing error
• If the wrong product was sent
To request a return, please contact info@kapgangear.com with your order number. Your request will be reviewed and you will be contacted. Approved returns are processed within 5 business days after the product reaches us.
In case of manufacturing defects or wrong product shipment, shipping costs are covered by us. In other cases, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
